This research paper provides a comprehensive evaluation of the impact of these reforms on access to justice. It examines the historical context of judicial reforms, the key reforms implemented over the years, and their tangible impact on the justice delivery system. Through case studies, statistical analysis, and critical discussion, the paper concludes with recommendations for future reforms.
