The legal profession plays a critical role in the functioning of the judicial system, and the quality of legal representation directly impacts access to justice. Judicial reforms aimed at enhancing the efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of the legal system must consider the role of the bar in ensuring that these objectives are met. This research paper explores the relationship between judicial reforms and the role of the bar, focusing on how these reforms can ensure access to quality legal representation. Through a comprehensive analysis of judicial reforms across different jurisdictions, the paper examines the challenges faced by the legal profession and proposes strategies to strengthen the bar's role in promoting access to justice.
