Gender justice is an essential component of a just and equitable society. Judicial reforms have played a crucial role in advancing gender justice by addressing the systemic biases and structural inequalities that women and gender minorities face within the legal system. This research paper critically examines the impact of judicial reforms on gender justice, focusing on the progress made and the challenges that remain. Through an analysis of key legal cases, legislative changes, and reform initiatives, the paper evaluates the effectiveness of these reforms in promoting gender equality and ensuring access to justice for all.
